MCU- CH-302. Kryptonians Vs Doomsdays-2

On the battlefield, with Zod joining the fight personally, the situation instantly turned around.

With super genes, Zod is obviously much stronger than other Kryptonian soldiers, but even so, he cannot kill Doomsday with a single blow.

Bang!

When Zod punched through Doomsday's chest and exploded his heart, but still failed to kill him, he realized just how terrifying these monsters were.

"Jor-El, is there any way we can kill these monsters?"

Zod had no choice but to ask his old friend for help while continuing to fight.

"Kryptonite!"

"When our people accept the gift from the sun, kryptonite, which was originally harmless to us, becomes a deadly weapon."

"Doomsday is a monster created using Kryptonian genes, so naturally, they share our weaknesses. I fear that only kryptonite can kill them completely."

"You know the characteristics of Doomsday. If we can't kill him with one strike, everything we do will only make him stronger!"

Jor-El shared the Kryptonian weakness and explained that Doomsday likely had the same one.

"But with Krypton destroyed, where can we find kryptonite now?"

Although Zod was shocked to realize that kryptonite, once abundant on their home planet, had become their most fatal weakness, he needed to focus on finding a way to deal with the six monsters before him.

"The spaceship that brought Kal-El to Earth should have brought a lot of kryptonite with it, but I fear there's no time to search for it now."

Jor-El had never imagined that kryptonite, once a deadly thing, would become the key to their victory.

"Send someone immediately to search for it. I'll hold these monsters off."

Zod quickly relayed his order to the scientist Ikan and the few remaining personnel, instructing them to find kryptonite.

Clark, now realizing the seriousness of the situation, no longer cared about Zod's attitude and resolutely rejoined the battle.

At that moment, a golden rope appeared out of thin air and wrapped around Doomsday, who was raising his arms high.

The next moment, a whistling sound echoed as a female warrior, wearing armor and a short skirt, holding a sword, and carrying a round shield on her back, fell from the sky.

The sword in her hand glowed red as it cut off Doomsday's arm.

However, the blade embedded only a few inches into Doomsday's arm and couldn't move any further.

"What?"

Diana was surprised to see that her sword, crafted by the god of fire Hephaestus and capable of cutting through anything at the subatomic level, couldn't sever the monster's arm.

But this thought only flashed in her mind for a moment. Using Doomsday's arm as a springboard, she drew her sword and executed a beautiful backflip, landing gracefully on the ground.

She then removed the divine shield from her back and used it for protection. The shield, made from a special metal found only on Paradise Island, was incredibly hard and had exceptional defensive power.

This entire set of equipment had been given to her by her mother, Queen Hippolyta, when she left Paradise Island for self-defense.

Superman and Zod, still in battle, couldn't help but glance at Diana's sudden appearance.

"Superman, who are they, and why are there such horrible monsters in Metropolis?" Diana asked Clark, who seemed the most approachable.

However, Clark didn't know much about the monsters that had suddenly appeared, though he felt they were somehow linked to his home planet.

"I don't really know where these monsters came from!" He replied while defending himself, though his answer didn't provide much clarity.

"There are warriors like you on Earth!" Zod remarked, intrigued by Diana. After kicking Doomsday away, he seldom praised anyone, but he took note of her abilities.

From his observations, Zod could tell that Diana was a super soldier who had undergone rigorous training. Moreover, the power she exhibited surpassed that of his own soldiers, even those who had activated their bloodline talents.

"I am an immortal Amazon warrior. I was blessed by six gods at birth and received the most rigorous training on Paradise Island."

Diana spoke proudly of her identity but left out the fact that she was already 5,000 years old.

"So, she's someone favored by the gods. No wonder she possesses such power." Zod thought, his appreciation for Diana growing.

Since Luke's appearance, Zod's acceptance of the gods had increased, and the way he looked at Diana became one of admiration. This was a sentiment shared between two warriors.

While they spoke, a green light shot through the sky from a distance.

"They are from the Green Lantern Corps. What are these guys doing here on Earth?" Zod immediately recognized the green light.

The Green Lantern Corps was a group created by the Maltus, a race of beings who called themselves the Guardians of the Universe.

The Guardians of the Universe were a powerful force, using advanced technology to divide the universe into 3,600 sectors, with Oa as the center. Each sector was protected by at least one Green Lantern.

Krypton had been located in Sector 2813.

Zod had always known the Guardians to be troublemakers. From the Mechanical Hunter Force's rampage in Sector 666 to the formation of the Green Lantern Corps, their actions were often reckless and had serious consequences.

Hal Jordan, as a rookie Green Lantern, couldn't help but feel a chill run down his spine as he watched the chaos unfold on the ground. He wasn't yet the greatest Green Lantern.

"How did Metropolis get destroyed?" Hal thought, unable to believe that the bustling city from only half an hour ago had been reduced to ruins.

Just then, two red-hot beams shot out from the eyes of several Doomsdays, and everything in their path was torn to pieces.

Hal's willpower didn't allow him to retreat. The green lantern ring on his finger burst into bright light, and he surged toward Doomsday.

Batman, who had arrived late, landed on the edge of the battlefield in his Batplane, pondering how he could possibly join such a chaotic battle.
