As the most fundamental system core of the Constructor clan, the system attached to each Constructor clan member is merely a subsystem split off from it.

Over countless years, the Constructors have gradually integrated the rules they created into this core bit by bit. From ecological structures to the universe and time itself, all rules that can be systematized fall under their control.

Thus, relying on the power of the system, new Constructors can easily command everything created by their predecessors.

When the system core issued its warning, Constructors across every universe instantly received the message.

"It seems the passage of time has caused the reputation of our Constructor clan to be forgotten by the universe!"

"Now someone dares to invade our headquarters. All Guardians and Aleph, listen up. You must capture the intruder within half a dream's time. I will execute him personally."

"As for the Engineers and Caretakers, I demand a reasonable explanation as to why someone was able to hack into the core system of the headquarters without triggering any alarms!"

"Is the headquarters our Constructor clan painstakingly built over eons nothing more than a display piece?"

As the supreme commander of the Constructor clan, he couldn't contain his fury. The invasion of their headquarters was a monumental humiliation.

For billions of years, they had been the ones invading other universes. Never before had anyone dared to counter-invade them.

What he didn't know was that, even without Luke's intervention, their original fate would have led to destruction at the hands of a peculiar race of gods afflicted by collective madness.

"Commander-in-chief, the enemy's intrusion is the result of our negligence. We will immediately upgrade our defense and monitoring systems. Please forgive us, sir."

The Engineers and Caretakers, responsible for defending and monitoring the Constructor Headquarters, prostrated themselves on the ground, trembling with fear.

Among the ancient and hierarchical Constructors, roles were assigned at birth based on selection by the system core. Every Constructor followed a predetermined path, and this structure had remained unchallenged for billions of years.

The Creators were the most revered beings in the clan, and the highest rulers could only be born from their ranks.

As Engineers and Caretakers, their purpose was to maintain the defense systems of the headquarters and operational platforms scattered across the universe. This breach was unprecedented, leaving them terrified.

"Hmph! I'll deal with you after we apprehend the intruder. Now, go analyze the flaws in our defense system!"

Though enraged, the Costructor suppressed his seething fury for the moment.

Meanwhile, the system core in front of Jean morphed into the visage of a Constructor.

"Outsider, you have committed an unforgivable sin against the Constructors. You will be hunted endlessly until your death." It declared coldly.

"As long as you exist in the multiverse, escaping to any universe will be futile. The Constructors will find you."

Luke spread his hands and chuckled. "Run away? Who said I was planning to run?"

The next moment, numerous Guardians and Aleph materialized, armed with weapons capable of destroying planets like Earth with a single strike.

[Scan failed!]

[Continue scanning!]

[Unable to lock onto target!]

The Constructors habitually scanned Jean's biological information to gauge his threat level and formulate an appropriate response. Their system, honed over eons, held data on countless beings across millions of universes, even some gods.

Yet no matter how they tried, Luke's presence remained elusive. Even as he stood before them, their systems couldn't register his existence.

"Lord Alaye, the Power of the Star is gone!"

A Constructor reported in alarm. The power stored alongside the system core had vanished.

"Intruder, return the Power of the Star and kneel in surrender. If you comply, we will show leniency in our judgment."

"Otherwise, you and every living being in your universe will be annihilated."

The Constructors' threat was empty rhetoric, meant to pressure Luke into submission. They had already resolved to destroy him and his universe regardless.

"Who gave you the courage to talk to me like this?" Luke sneered. "Was it those toys in your hands, your warships outside, or your pathetic biological weapons?"

The Constructors' arrogance as an ancient race blinded them. They failed to consider that Luke's ability to infiltrate their headquarters alone indicated his strength.

Luke raised a hand and clenched it toward the Constructors before him.

An invisible force seized them, immobilizing them instantly.

The systems within the Constructors activated.

"Analyzing current control force field... building resistance force field... failed. Activate spatial rules to force a breakthrough!"

"The current space is blocked by an unknown force and cannot be broken through."

"Condensing annihilation rules... condensation failed!"

Initially, the Constructors had confidence in their systems. But as each protocol failed, panic set in.

Luke's mocking gaze only deepened their despair.
