NARUTO- CH-91. Guy is amazing

Shiki said casually.

"Let me translate it for you."

Shikamaru joked, "Okay means I'm number one again."

"That's not necessarily true!" Naruto said with confidence.

"You?" Kiba said sarcastically. "It's even a question of whether you can pass the exam or not."

"It's just a passing grade, isn't it enough to just have hands?" Naruto snorted.

"You didn't even get 60 points in the previous two mock exams," Sakura pointed out mercilessly.

"The mock exam is fake!" Naruto's face turned red as he argued, "No matter how powerful you are in the simulation, it's still fake!"

Sakura was speechless.

Forget it, let's just watch Sasuke-kun.

She rested her chin in her hands, soon breaking into a silly smile.

"The final exam result is a combination of the theoretical exam and the practical exam," Shiki said casually. "With Naruto's current strength, he should be able to pass."

"Shiki still understands me!" Naruto beamed, giving a thumbs up. "As expected, on the road of youth, you need a lifelong enemy!"

"Give him a little praise, and he lights up like a Christmas tree," Kiba shook his head.

"A lifelong enemy is an opponent of equal strength, not one you can't defeat in your lifetime!"

"Do you know Uncle Kai's lifelong enemy?" Naruto suddenly said mysteriously, "I promise you'll be surprised!"

"Who is it?" Ino asked curiously.

"Kakashi," Naruto announced proudly. "Now you know how powerful Uncle Kai is, right?"

Everyone gasped at this.

Kakashi—a living legend. He graduated at five, became a Chunin at six, and a Jonin at twelve. Even more impressive than Itachi's record.

"But he's not your teacher," Kiba delivered a hard truth.

"I don't think you understand." Naruto's smile froze, and he turned to Shiki, asking, "Shiki, what do you think?"

"Uncle Guy is indeed very strong," Shiki said seriously.

"That's the spirit!" Naruto cheered. "Shiki, wait for my challenge! I'll make sure you enjoy it this time!"

"Idiot," Sasuke, who had been listening in, smirked.

In this final exam, it was obvious that he would be the ultimate winner.

But the name Kakashi sounded familiar. Sasuke thought for a moment, remembering that he was his brother's teammate in the Anbu.

"It doesn't matter. Shiki-kun will be number one anyway," Ino said, hands on her hips, looking proud.

"What about you?" Shiki asked, looking at her blonde hair.

"Me?" Ino grinned, "As long as I can get close to Shiki-kun!"

Hinata, sitting in the front row since she arrived late, overheard and glanced over.

Be close to Shiki-kun? Hinata's little face filled with determination.

She had the same idea.

"Everyone, back to your seats," Iruka walked in with a stack of test papers, saying, "Ten minutes until the exam begins."

The sound of chairs moving filled the classroom, then silence returned.

"The only rule is no cheating," Iruka said firmly. "If you're caught, your score will be canceled, and I'll notify your parents."

Ah, the teacher's favorite tactic—calling parents.

It was certainly effective.

All the students wore serious expressions, staying alert.

But…what if there are no parents?

Shiki shook his head, setting the thought aside; it was too grim.

"Everyone, sit down and don't talk. Once you have the test paper, write your name," Iruka said, passing out the papers.

When he reached Shiki, he gave him an encouraging look.

The academy evaluated teachers based on final exam results. In other words, the better his students performed, the higher Iruka's evaluation would be.

But the upper limit depended on the top students—like Shiki.

Iruka hoped he could repeat his amazing performance of defeating Neji with one punch.

If that happened, Iruka's standing would soar.

"Alright, let's start the exam."

Iruka returned to the podium, clapping his hands.

Shiki glanced at the test paper and saw it was similar to usual classes: flower arranging, astronomy and mathematics, intelligence gathering, trap setting, will of fire, etc.

He picked up his pen and began writing smoothly.

Iruka nodded in approval.

It's settled! He could just rely on Shiki and soar with him.

Winning without effort felt fantastic.

Iruka recalled his previous classes, thinking of how hard he'd worked only to get disappointing results.

But this class was the best he'd ever taught.

Iruka snapped back to reality, noticing Naruto scratching his head.

As expected, Naruto never failed to let him down in the most predictable ways.

At least Naruto's physical skills were good now. He should pass, right?

If he failed, would Iruka have to inform the Hokage?

No, that's too much. It's a crazy idea, and disrespectful to the Hokage.

Two hours later, the bell rang.

"Stop writing," Iruka announced from the podium.

"Ah!" Naruto scratched his head, putting down his pen. He hadn't finished.

Sasuke, who had anticipated this, remained calm. He took a moment to glance at Shiki, who looked composed.

Hmph!

This time, he would win. He was no longer the same as before!

"The practical exam will be in the afternoon," Iruka said, collecting the papers. "Don't eat too much at lunch; keep yourselves in good condition."

"How'd it go, Shiki-kun?" Ino asked, approaching him as soon as Iruka left.

She leaned on the desk, looking at Shiki expectantly, her golden bangs falling over her eyes.

"Not bad," Shiki replied casually.

"That's solid, then," Ino smiled.

"Why are you starting to interpret things like Shikamaru?"
