How could Thanos tolerate such a challenge? A terrifying surge of divine power erupted through his body, transforming into a massive hand that seemed to cover the entire sky. With one mighty slap, Thanos sent Nidhogg flying.

"Damn reptiles! You will all perish today!" Thanos roared.

Nidhogg, having never been treated with such disdain before, was consumed with rage. The anger in his heart completely took over, and the battle was about to turn into a fierce three-way fight.

On the other side, in the Greek Pantheon...

Zeus reclined on his golden throne, a look of satisfaction on his face, as he enjoyed the attention of two scantily-clad maids. His eyes were closed, completely absorbed in the moment.

Suddenly, a powerful shockwave rippled through the universe, and the grapes that were about to be fed into his mouth fell to the ground.

In the next instant, Zeus jolted upright, his face filled with disbelief.

"The World Tree has appeared?"

As a third-generation god within the World Tree system and the King of Gods, Zeus understood all too well the implications of the World Tree's sudden reappearance. The unusual movements of the ancient tree signaled something catastrophic.

It could be said that if anything happened to the World Tree, the very foundation of their power as gods would be severed instantly.

"Hercules, my son, go see what those lunatics in Asgard have done to cause such turmoil across the entire universe."

Among all the gods, only Zeus had ever managed to benefit directly from the World Tree. The gods of the other pantheons had never been able to locate it. Thus, sensing the sudden appearance of the World Tree, Zeus didn't hesitate to lay the blame squarely on the Asgardians.

"Yes, Your Majesty the Divine King!" Hercules responded, kneeling on one knee in humility as he accepted his father's command.

At this moment, there was a chaotic battle between Luke, Thanos, and Nidhogg. The World-Destroying Black Dragon, which had been gnawing at the roots of the World Tree for countless years, had accumulated a power comparable to that of multiple divine beings. Now, it had unleashed that strength.

This was a battle between three multi-dimensional-level entities.

Luke, who had regained his true form, unleashed his terrifying power without holding back. Wherever his dragon claws passed, everything was obliterated. The aftermath of the battle was even more catastrophic. The Nine Realms, which had finally stabilized with the help of the World Tree, were once again on the verge of collapse.

Thor, who had evacuated all the civilians of Asgard, brought Loki to the Bifrost to assist Luke. Using the Spear of Eternity, he activated the Rainbow Bridge in its physical form—a powerful weapon of Asgard. Thor instructed Loki to control the Rainbow Bridge and channel all its energy toward Thanos.

The immense energy, which could have destroyed entire worlds, was casually dispersed by Thanos with a single blow. Even the Rainbow Bridge itself sustained irreversible damage.

"Thor, this is not a battle you can interfere in!" Luke warned Thor sternly.

Seeing this, although reluctant, Thor had no choice but to withdraw.

On Earth, the Ancient One activated the Supreme Sanctuaries built across the planet, transforming them into massive magical barriers to temporarily protect the Earth. However, the barrier was only a temporary solution. If Luke and the others continued their fight, it was only a matter of time before it would shatter.

Ordinary people on Earth, already terrified by the sudden shocks, now saw a giant magical barrier appear in the sky. Fear and despair spread rapidly.

"It's a mess, a complete mess. Is this future really better than the one I foresaw?" The Ancient One, known as Yao, fell into deep contemplation.

In the future Yao had originally seen—one without Luke—though the universe was filled with disasters, there was still hope. The younger generation of heroes had faced immense hardship and made great sacrifices, but in the end, they managed to protect both Earth and the universe.

Now, while Luke's arrival had averted certain crises, it seemed to have triggered even greater ones.

"Well!" All the sorrow in Yao's heart turned into a deep sigh. The current crisis was beyond her intervention, and she could only place her hope in Luke.

However, under such circumstances, the Immortal Cult felt their opportunity had come. As black magicians, they knew that the Earth was protected by white magicians like the Ancient One. They had been waiting for a chance to perform their rituals without interruption.

Now was the perfect moment. The white magicians in the Sanctuaries were entirely focused on defending against the incoming disaster and had no time to keep an eye on them.

In a small town on the Mexican border, the black magicians had taken control of the residents, turning them into puppets. One of the black magicians, corrupted by a cursed broken horn, placed the horn on a massive altar. The controlled townspeople lined up before a giant magical container, jumping into it one by one.

Suddenly, the power of dark magic activated, turning every living person into a mass of sticky plasma. The plasma flowed around the altar, forming intricate magical runes and creating a vast magic circle.

A group of infected followers removed their black robes, revealing their grotesquely mutated bodies. They knelt devoutly at each point around the altar. As the sacrificial ritual began, the altar drained magical energy from their twisted forms, activating the dark power.

Meanwhile, in another universe, an alliance of vengeance was forming. The minds of the Old Ones, entities corrupted by cosmic madness, were ready to strike. In the unseen depths of space, terrifying beings—formed of endless vesicles, mouthparts, and tentacles—crept closer, threatening the fabric of the universe.

An ordinary person who even glimpsed this bizarre, eldritch sight would lose their sanity, their mind corrupted, and their body twisted into a monstrous form.

These entities were the supreme rulers of that universe, the ancient and immortal Polyhedrons. Born alongside the cosmos itself, they had been banished from the material universe by the Creator God. Exiled to the antimatter realm, they had only grown stronger over time.

One day, the Polyhedrons responded to the desperate pleas of a man stricken with incurable cancer, a man who refused to die. This man was Mar-Vell, the first Captain Marvel from a parallel universe.

Thus, the first corrupted cancerous mutant was born. Mar-Vell "selflessly" spread the Polyhedron's blessing to every superhero he encountered, infecting them. Eventually, they found the incarnation of Death in this universe. Using a sacrificial ritual called autopsy, they eliminated the death rules of the universe.

This was a universe where death no longer existed. Nothing ever ended. The relentless expansion had shrunk the space of this universe, and the Polyhedrons' next goal was clear: invade other universes. Through endless expansion, they would spread their influence and the power of the Polyhedron across the entire multiverse.

"I felt that there was a whole new universe on the other side, a universe full of vitality."

"Let's go! Find the incarnation of death in that universe, bring him back, complete the autopsy ceremony, and offer the best sacrifice to our great god."

Looking at the opened space-time portal, Mar-Vell waved his hand and led the cancerous beings of the Vendetta Alliance into the universe where Luke was.

The battle in the void of space raged on.

Nidhogg was not fighting alone. He had summoned a group of giant poisonous serpents from the roots of the World Tree to assist him. Countless clouds of pitch-black poisonous mist spewed from the snakes' mouths. These mists were potent enough to corrode the very roots of the World Tree and were highly toxic.

However, this trick was completely ineffective against Luke and Thanos. Luke exhaled a breath of sunfire, infused with divine power, and the intense heat instantly turned the poisonous snakes to ashes.

"Damn it, where did this guy come from? This kind of power..."

At this point, Nidhogg began to consider retreat. He had not anticipated that Luke and Thanos would be this powerful.

He was aware of the enmity between Luke and Thanos, as the two had been fighting fiercely before. Therefore, Nidhogg planned to escape, hoping that Luke and Thanos would weaken each other in battle, leaving him an opportunity to swoop in and finish them off.

Just as Nidhogg saw his chance to flee the battlefield, Luke and Thanos unexpectedly shifted their focus onto him at the same time.

The Titan and the dragon, once enemies, now worked together to unleash their full strength against Nidhogg.

In an instant, one of Nidhogg's wings was torn off, and Luke seized the moment to twist off his head, ending the battle for the World-Destroying Dragon.

Now, only Luke and Thanos remained on the battlefield.
