Put "Mods" in your "Mods" folder
Put "Tray" in your "Tray" folder
For Windows, open the compressed file with Winrar, for MacBook with Unarchiver.

I checked the files and there was no problem, I updated it anyway. Open the compressed file with Winrar using the extract here option.
