While Scarlett lays unconscious, they communicated amongst themselves once more. Now with Scarlett's fate is at their mercy, the much larger zombie throws her helpless body over his massive shoulder while they make their leave.
Whatever is to happen next to Scarlett, is in the hands of those cold, brain eating zombie's that seem to have the behavior of a human. Scarlett can only assume what they're keeping her alive for, and will they eat her brain anytime soon, or what are they gonna do to her body next.
