Pledge Reminder + Life update/info

Hi hi! Here's your end of the month reminder to for unpledge if that applies to you!

Remember that due to Apple's policy changes and Patreon's change to subscription billing, this will be the last proper unpledge announcement. I will still make them at the end of each month, at least for for a few months, but it will really only work as a heads up to patrons who remain on their original pledge.

Life update (CW for brief medical talk)

I am testing a medication now, so far seems to be going well. There are still some issues that are present that these particular meds won't help with, and while those are things I plan on working on later, I'll be losing my health insurance February of 2025, so I'm being careful not to start on something that will harm me later on if I can no longer have access to that medication. The month break on Patreon does help! While I did have the idea to pause it also for December, I can not reasonably afford it two months in a row. I will possibly still pause for the month of January (depending on mental/physical health, expenses, and work load)

Aside from that, (if you've seen my previous post on tumblr) I was not able to send out any packages since testing positive but should be fine to do so Monday! Although I was unable to leave the house, I was able to write plenty over Thanksgiving while I quarantined. I got like, 10k words done in a day and that was 1/3rd of the chapter draft so I'm at least happy I got to be productive in some way

There is also new tiers added! Requested, since I'm having trouble keeping up, there is now general support options for the $5 and $10 tiers (Named Slam/Kablam - NO STRESS) for people who want to support me without being added to the list for sticker envelopes, with all the other membership benefits still apply (This includes voting on any sticker polls as well.) This is a great option if you want to support me and are not sticker focused <3

Lastly and very important: Information for Patreons residing in Canada: Due to the Canadian Post Strike, USPS has suspended mail services to Canada at this time. This went into effect yesterday, November 29th. I am unable to send envelopes to Canada. If this affects you, I recommend either downgrading your pledge or unpledging at this time until a resolution is decided. This will not affect any backlog, as I'll be turning to other shipping options in the meanwhile for any previous made or envalopes sent-back.
