The Black Reliquary variant of Districts has been implemented to allow for sixteen new facilities! For many technical reasons to preserve the game's functional integrity, we've had to forego many design options and explore more creative avenues for attaining meaningful upgrades.
These last four were added only a couple days before the update went live.
