Decemeber Patreon Update- IMPORTANT!

O-kay! It looks like a majority of people wanted to continue unpaused support for the month, but with more digital benefits than the stickers and prints because Post Office and scheduling and holiday stress just Be Like that.

For those of you who voted to pause for the month: please take this as your reminder to unpledge or pause if you do not want to get charged for December! If you don't see the patreon notification by this point, and missed the prior post, I can also issue refunds to people who forget to unpledge for Dec, but I won't be able to do it until December 5th because of how Patreon does their transaction thingie. Nothing wrong with unpledging if you gotta!

Now! I'm gonna talk about some of the alternate suggestiosn (which yall were really great with that thank you <3) and what I can do, what I can't do, and what is a solid Maybe. This is also going to be a poll sometime in the next week where I will offer a 'random Space Fairy Sticker' (yes, the classic puffballs. If you're new and don't know what they are? They're the little guys on the side of my name on my mailing label)  or 'no physical mailing option' for the month where you can opt in or out of recieving one. There will not be another sticker option for this month, as it would be much faster to keep it to one design. Sorry!

Some suggestions I've gotten:

More WIPS and HD downloadables: Doable! Do keep in mind that I do not run an enirely exclusive patreon because I don't like putting things behind paywalls, so it will be early-accsess. ONLY Patreons will see WIPS of artwork (and SAI files if there is one), but downloadables like wallpapers will be public posts.

Coloring Sheets: Not doable. Sorry, but I have too much of an issue with art theft recently that I don't even think a watermark would be able to protect my work in this case.

Speedpaints: Doable! I actaully used to post speedpaints on YT, but got insecure and I don't really post them anymore. I can record what I draw and take recordings from stream and edit them, putting them here for later viewing, all sped up so people don't have to sit though a several hour VOD

A Custom Y/N Solar Lunacy Illustration/Wallpaper: Doable. Also! Happy to tell you that this is something I'm already working on!!!

Along with the default Grey Y/N, there will also be several different Y/Ns with differnt hair types, hair colors, weight, skin types, glasses, scarf and mask designs, ect.

I'll be posting several Y/N variation combinations for everyone, and only Patreons will be given the Sai file to make variation combinations they prefer. I talk some about in this post here in the middle, and there is a Moon version planned as well <3 Possibly an Eclipse version, if people want one.

Written fanfic of any sort: Not doable. Not only would it be very very lengthy and extensive to make a drabble for every person here, as well as it would put off the main projects like Solar Lunacy and Celestial Omens, it is illegal to accept money for written fanworks as a sale, and against Patreons policy as well, and I really don't want my Patreon page taken down. Fanart and Fanfiction do not share the same parody protections. If you want to support me for my fanfics like that, you can leave comments, kofi-donations (which are seen as gifts, not sales), or just hang out here on patreon! But there will never be any written works behind a paywall, or in direct exchange for Patreons. Fanfics free 5ever.

Art tutorials: Very doable! I'd actually ask what sort of tutorials would you guys want to see from me, since I'm not the best artists but I'll be happy to share and make some step-by-step stuff for folks who want to learn a specific thing

Remember that I have an Early-access Patreon page, so all artwork on here will be posted eventaully, but Patreons will still recieve things that won't be public like: Wips, Polls to decide artworks/sticker designs, SAI file downloads, HD art downloads, ect. So if you cannot continue the pledge, don't worry, you'll see finished works either way, just not the background stuff and some extra. (And the stickers. Sorry, but the past stickers and designs are only on Pat for now still! I'll get KoFi working fully, someday.)

Anyway, more suggestions are welcome, and I'll be posting WIPS soon here enough.  Question: if you guys want to see WIPS of things, what schedule would you prefer? Is everyday or every other day a decent schedule time to post a WIP, even if the progress is minor vs larger, or is it preferable that I do dumps at the end of each week? Let me know!
