Janet has always hoped to catch Don’s attention and now that he needs support she sees the hope of being useful for him and not only as his ex wife’s sister and old friend. But at the same time, Freyja has the chance to have her dad back - even if he seems to not remember or know her - and hopefully, one day, she can hope to have him together her mother. Which is def the opposite of what Janet wants…
