I think she is a good friend for aziraphale like from her standpoint all she knows that aziraphale is in love with crowley but he hurt him badly somehow (to the point he is unconscious, sick, and crying with no one to go to) and even if she doesn’t understand what happened she is protective of him and not ready to give crowley aziraphale yet till he heals and make his own decision i hope

The way she moves her eyes about and looks away before answering, is a clear tell. Crowley would have encountered this kind of human behaviour many times through the ages. I hope he isn't too worried about his angel to notice it!
