That’s because Aziraphale “read” about his fate, but since he was his lover he didn’t expect Oscar was married, and, most of all, that he has children. Aziraphale only knows that he’s going to be processed after something that Bosie is going to tell him (see: the boy made him denounce his own father, that was the real problem). Seeing Oscar with a wife and with two children, and loving them so much, make Aziraphale feels really upset. He thought to be special to him, in a way.

Buy - how can Aziraphale know so much about Oscar's future that he knows he needs to prevent him from meeting a specific person to save his life/reputation - but still doesn't even know such basic things about Oscar as the fact that he is married?

Bosie's father publicly accused Wilde of being a "somdomite," Wilde sued him for libel and lost, and was promptly taken back to court for being a homosexual, which was a crime then. Wilde lost that case too, and it destroyed his life.

Is it a prequel to the poem "two lover" when Wild meets Douglas? :)

By all accounts, Oscar Wilde loved his wife and was good to her and the children, before it all blew up. He had lots of male lovers, but they didn't really interfere with his marriage. Then he met Bad News Bosie, and everything went to hell.

No, that’s simply Oscar Wilde’s wife, Constance, and their children. Aziraphale just didn’t know about his family ;) he needs to talk a bit with Oscar. Wilde had male lovers, because he discovered his homosexuality later, he already was married and had children.
