When you sign up through the Patreon app on an iPhone, Apple adds an extra 30% fee on top of your pledge due to App Store policies. 😣 That means you're paying more each month than you need to.

…And you'll avoid that extra fee and pay the actual tier price—no hidden charges!

Existing Apple users:

You can cancel your current membership through the app (don’t worry—you’ll still have access until the end of your billing cycle), and then rejoin using a desktop browser or Android device by going to www.patreon.com. This way, you won’t be charged those extra fees and will pay the normal, lower price for your tier.

Doing this not only saves you money—it also makes sure more of your support goes to the creator, instead of getting eaten up by App Store fees. 🖤
