He loves more deeply than the average man and his loyalty, even without reciprocation and even after death, indicates that when in love Severus would be completely committed and monogamous. And I'm fairly certain he would wish the same of his lover. Two people in love, true love, would never dream of sharing themselves with anyone else but their beloved. When he was young and single, sure he would partake. But if he was in love and in a relationship, I couldn't see him ever wanting to share her with anyone.
