I am glad that you guys keep an open mind for this show. As much as I like both Re:Zero and Mushoku, i firmly believe that the best way to consume a good piece of media is to not downplay it's weak sides as well as enjoy strong ones. As you've said, author could've easily give Elinalise another curse instead of being constantly in heat, but he did not. Will it play out better than just a horny elf trope? It's up to you to see and find out later. And also, very surprised in a good way that you remembered my comment about shades that conseal Sylphy's identity, George and Graham, you are my MVP's. I would like to give you a piece of context from the author himself, because it may shift your perspective on the matter of Rudy's sexual journey overall, as well as several other characters. Rifujin (Author) believes that there are two different types of love. Eros and Agape(Graham could understand meaning of second in japanese). Eros is all the sexual in the relationships, such as fetishes, desires, etc. Agape is a mental bond, pure love without any sexual desire. Prior to Rudy's ED, he encountered a lot of Eros in his life (Paul as father figure, Eris family that did a lot of things to their servants, viewing Eris as only sexual object, Graham mentioned it correctly), and little to none Agape love, not to his mom, not to someone else. The closest thing to agape was with Roxy, but it's more of admiration, not love. Rifujin states, that if Agape or Eros is prevailing, the relationships are not stable, so he "punishes" his main character to some extend for this disbalance, as if "you've had so much Eros and you did not handle it well, now let's give you the most erotic and willing character and strip your ability to even feel arousal in the first place, how will you handle that?". We, as viewers, should also question his deeds and observe with fair judgement, and you guys are doing fantastic job of doing so. I hope you will stay open minded and critical about this show, so you can appreciate it more. 2025-06-26 22:08:01 +0000 UTCCliff has aged up, Zenoba already being an older character is easier to recognize as his appearance didn't change much, I think that's why people don't seem to recognize Cliff. So far all of season 1 was LN 1-6 and season 2 was LN 7-12.

Detoxification magic is used to handle all kinds of illness, as a result sicknesses in the 6 sided world are stranger. Yes, guys please have faith in the author. Ranoa University of Magic offers a full 7 year course. You have seen or heard of all the characters shown at the tail end of episode 4. As to why everyone is looking shocked it is because Fitz has been unbeatable at Ranoa and Rudy just came in and upset the power dynamic in an instant. Lilina is Minitona's big sister, and Pursena is Tsarsena's big sister. They are both the same age as Rudy. Nuni is Beast God for a word that would move the Ratings to R if it was translated. The University does not care about the age of it's students if they are willing to pay and Elinalise has the cash, the reason for that is related to her curse, but much much more on that later. Rudy is currently 15, an adult in this world, and around the age when he dropped out of school and became a shut in. Really great analysis on how Rudy has been viewing women. 2025-06-26 17:14:37 +0000 UTCSeriously? You didn't recognize Cliff from The Goblin Slayer OVA?๐คญ The light novel series has 26 books, and there are at least two more books in a spin-off series, plus 12 volumes of a Roxy spin-off manga. If I recall correctly, each anime season covers four books.

Also, the guy in the sky was Perugius, the mythical hero who was said to have helped seal away the demon god Laplace.

Whether or not the anime covers it in detail or at all is another matter. The LNs have the answers to everything youโre asking and it goes really in depth too. Also, to address your question at the end, yes the Light Novel is finished and Studio Bind was specifically created to adapt the entire story of Jobless Reincarnation. A neat fact to show just how important and influential this series is.
