Jobless Reincarnation Season 1 Episode 20-21 Full Reaction

Comments

Oh man, there's something seemingly so obvious that everybody seems to miss in this episode

Unfortunate

Yeah we regretted not recording it after the fact, but now we know better for next time

The Game Club

Too bad, it would have been nice to see, the reaction and discussion.

That too

Unfortuantely we didn't record it but we did go and briefly check after the episode that the man god wasn't who brought Rudy to this world, but thank you for confirming!

The Game Club

What a great moment of self relfection from Rudy!

By the way, you meet a blessed child before. The little girl Eris saved in the forest in the OVA was a blessed child. Great reaction as always. Don't forget to watch the after-credits scene in the final episode of season 1.

Guys in case you can't find it easily during Rudy's first encounter with the Man-God. The Man-God states outright that he didn't bring Rudy here and that he can't send him anywhere outside of the Six-Sided World. He also stats that the Dragon God knows more about reincarnation than he does. And the only bit of cut content that I will give you in regard to Turning Point 2 is that in her extra chapter Lilia remembers that when Rudy was born she first thought he was dead, he didn't move, his eyes were lifeless. Then suddenly light came to his eyes and he began to squirm, and she was filled with relief.

The fun thing for me is people's reaction to Orsted's line about Paul not having a son.

Prince Zanoba was born to a concubine, at age 3 Zanoba was looking at his newborn brother who was the first son of the crowned queen. Zanoba stated that his brother looked like a doll, and reaching out tore his head off. Zanboba's mother was exiled, his guards dwindled from eight to 3. When Zanoba turned 15 he was given a wife from a powerful family on the border. She was found headless in his bed the next morning. The King removed 2 more of Zanoba's guards leaving only Ginger York. The king also tried to take Zanoba's favorite doll as punishment, but this only resulted in the soldiers tasked to carry out this duty losing their heads. The king from then on treated Zanoba not as a human but a weapon. Yes, Rudy is slightly disgusted by Zanoba, as he reminds him of people Rudy met online. People he couldn't quite call friends. He realized that the expressions Zanoba was making were what those guys looked like behind their screens. Rudy was relieved when Ginger York agreed to escort Lilia and Aisha to Paul. Rudy also realizes that for some strange reason in this life he has no sexual attraction to his family. Not Zenith, Lilia, Aisha or Norn. He finds this strange as in his old life he says neither age nor gender were barriers for him. He doesn't understand why things are different now, he just accepts that they are.

Rudy and Pax. Rudy is surprised that he feels no anger towards Pax, even when Pax hits Lilia. Rudy thinks about this and concludes that the reason he feels confusion rather than anger is because Pax reminds him of his old self. He sees in Pax what he could have become in this world without his old memories keeping him humble. In short, Rudy begins to pity Pax, and finds his threats comical. As to why Pax won't allow letters to be sent, stupidity is a part, but so is politics. "Humph. I'm not going to fall for that! You're under the patronage of one of Asura's high-ranking nobles, aren't you? I'd be making enemies of the Boreas family if they knew that I was holding you or Lilia in captivity, wouldn't I?" Episode 20: Ok now I can really talk about the Shirone Kingdom. It is a small kingdom only 200 years old. It arose 100 years after the King Dragon Realm took control of the southern tip of the Central Continent, and acts as a vassal state separating the King Dragon Realm, from the Conflict Zone, a portion of the Central Continent where countries are born and die over night. "In this country (Shirone Kingdom), when a prince was born, he was put in command of a number of imperial guards. The guards under a princes command would be his eyes and ears, so to speak, and would teach him how to influence people. If he played his cards right, the numbers of his guards would increase, and if he did something bad, they would decrease. When a king passed away, the prince with the most guards under his command would inherit the throne. That was the tradition in this country. The more guards you had under your command, the more power you wielded." LN volume 6 page 132
