Satella is the name of The Witch of Envy. We don't know why Emilia called herself Satella in the first iteration, but if you go back to that first episode, Puck has a massive reaction to her introducing herself to Subaru as Satella. Also before Subaru went into the loot house for the first time, he calls her Satella again and Emilia just silently looks at him. When Subaru asks what's wrong she says "nothing, I'll apologize later." So we gotta assume based off those moments, she lied about Satella being her name. Emilia must be her real name. Or another fake name, I don't know lol.
