Not a decade, 20 years, from the time he was 14. No job, no responsibilities, no social interaction, no self care. Rudy is a 10 year old with 34 years of memories and learning from his life, but that life stopped all social development at 14. No excuse, Rudy could have learned those things, even now he has regrets about his old attitudes like laughing at sob stories. He is learning and not all progress is a straight line. Many times in our lives lessons have to be repeated. We make the same mistakes over and over.

I think you were trying to "justify" his actions by bluring the Rudy an addultt inside or not. The show is very clear on this as you shouldnt justify it.
It present you a realistic 20 year deep porn addict into this new body.
regardless if he is an "adult" or not at least he sees himself as one and he also sees himself as scum like Paul.
He is trying to live his life to the fulest as that was the promise we got on ep one. But he doesn't try to become a morally good person per our standards as that is already warped.
But he subtly changes on that asspect as well and without him even noticing at this point. easy example is how he never physically touched Eris while she is sleeping or otherwise after that first time.
On ep 8 he thought he had consent but he still doesn't realise that consent from a 12 year old is ballshit.
Luckily Eris kicked his ass before it went too far.
This ep the creepy side of him is all in his head. We see it as creepy because we have access to his intrusive thoughts but to the other characters they "seem close"

Laplace is the Demon God. He was defeated by the Armored Dragon King Perugius, his allies, and Ruijerd seeking revenge. The Superd are born with tails, as they age the tails harden and fall off. Ruijerd is carrying his sons tail. There are many races of demons, Superd and Migurd are just a couple. The six sided world is actually a cube. All the races had to migrate to the human side (Human World) after a catastrophe destroyed all the other sides.

I do agree with most of what you're saying but I disagree about Rudy being an adult in "every" sense of the word. Not to defend his lecherousness or anything but we have to remember how Rudy was basically a shut in for at least a decade. He has had almost no social contact and developed no emotional maturity.
I agree that Rudy himself thinks of himself as an adult and that he is trying to game the system to an extend. We see very early on how he was always looking out to set up things favourably for him, as befriends Sylphie for example. He is basically seeing people as a means to an end at that point.
I feel the point of his character arc is to grow beyond this and forge real human connections with others. He is ironically growing up in real time even though from his mental age alone he should already be a grown up.
