Monday Update - Final Update before 2.1x
Added 2024-07-15 20:18:10 +0000 UTCHello all! I have good news on the state of the game. First and foremost, almost all art is complete for the upcoming update. The last remaining piece that needs to be finished is original artwork, and once that's done the remaining work will simply be implementation and writing. As such, until that final piece is finished, I will not have any content to preview for Patreon.
In other news, I have had a shakeup in my personal life that has resulted in a lot more responsibilities required of me. I will continue working on the game, but I definitely will have less time available to commit to it for the foreseeable future. I do not think this will impact the pace at which I can develop the game long term, but in the short term it will take some time to adjust to get into a new groove with proper time management.
So, what does this shakeup mean for the release date of the upcoming update? It's hard to say. My goal is still to release the early patron update at the end of this month, but my hard personal deadline is exactly one month from today: 8/15/24. Depending on how fast I can finish the writing and implementation, the new update could honestly drop anytime from now till then.
With all of this said, this will likely be my final Monday update until the next update drops. After all, I wouldn't have much more to say beyond: "Almost done!" or "Still working!" I'll still be available in Discord if anyone needs me or has any questions!
In other news, soon I'll be posting a Patron poll (5$ tier and up) meant to determine the physicality of Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman. Since she has several different looks in the comics to choose from, this will determine her hair color, bust size, butt size, how toned she is, etc.
