Devlog 1:

I hope everyone is enjoying their holidays! This post is going to be the start of a semi-regular series of posts I will be doing where I talk about the state of the game and the plans moving forward. I'm not quite sure how frequently I will be doing these, but that sort of scheduling can be decided upon later. I've spent the last few days enjoying the holidays and allowing the dust to settle around both releases, fixing issues as they are uncovered. That being said, the break is over and I am back to work on the project. Overall, I am incredibly satisfied with the net-positive response from the majority of people who have tried the game! We've even gotten our first few patrons, which I am incredibly thankful for!

I'm sure there are questions as to how future content will shape up, so allow me to lay out a generalized gameplan. Over the next one or two updates, there will be a few key development tenets:

- The game progresses into Tier 2, increasing the variable limit for corruption, reputation, and relationship from 20 to 40.

- The introduction of TWO new villains, that will serve as the new overarching villains once Scorpion is bested. I do not want to spoil the story, Silk would be wise to bring a Rubber Rain Coat.

- The introduction of another Love Interest, Multiple Man. To romance him is like romancing a group of people all at once...

- The introduction of more lower-stakes "Villain of the Week" type encounters.

- Expansion on many of the scenes that currently feel like that have more to offer with higher corruption, such as the job scenes and rent and school extortion scenes.

- More personal choice in the story, as well as more clarity and transparency so that the player does not find themselves in a scene they do not want any part of. This will help players develop an identity in a playthrough for Silk, and ideally allow for stuff like a Lesbian only playthrough, Straight only playthrough, etc.

- Continuation of Black Cat's relationship, though she will be slightly lower priority to Multiple Man until they share a similar amount of content.

- Introduction of a new way of making money: The House of Heroes - a brothel that employs Superhero and Heroine look alikes. They're hiring someone that looks like Silk, and Cindy may just want to take that job with higher corruption!

- The introduction of relationship quests, one-off events that will permanently alter the type of relationship Silk has with the Love Interests in the game. These quests are character specific, and can be used to unlock hidden fetishes and alternative routes that Black Cat and Multiple Man have. There is a brief amount of foreshadowing in regards to one of Black Cat's hidden fetishes.

- Finally, the majority of the existing patrols will be expanded upon and receive further updates. In addition, Tier 2 patrols will be released, which will up the stakes for Silk beyond dealing with simple street crime. For context as to what a Tier 2 scene would look like, Taskmaster's current scene (lactation) was initially planned to be Tier 2.

I hope this serves as a short-term road map for the next substantial content update or two. I cannot wait to start showing more, such as actual sneak previews! Following this post, there will be a poll that will remain open for some time that has an important question that anyone can respond to, not just patrons, so please respond if you have a chance!
