If you guys have been wondering why last month we didn't really have much to post, it's because of this HUGE pic we've been working on. The idea came after watching a tom & Jerry movie where Tom was helping out Sherlock Holmes or whatever, and we caught a really cute drawing of Blackie in the background and I LOVED the idea of him in a nice tux, and of course I wanted to see him in underwear. I wanted to expand on this idea of him at a bar with some other toons and blam, the idea just went insane in scope. We added as many cats as we could to fill out the picture and as many to make it feel alive.
I've also included some doodles we did on stream but I haven't had the chance to post. The first is doodles of the Bouncer cat character we created for the picture. I want to use him definitely more in the future but we'll save that for when we come up with a good idea. He doesn't have a name yet either lol
The second pair of doodles include Jinks in his entire glory (since you can't see his undies in the pic) and Tidbits in his undies (since it's covered by the bass) as well as a preliminary idea of Butch for the picture (we decided on him without the tux lol)
I hope you guys enjoy and we're sorry that because of this picture we couldn't work as much as we wanted to last month, but the satisfaction of completing this picture has made both of us really happy cats. Thank you guys so much for letting us continue to work as hard as we can! <3
