What about Mercy's panties over Pharah's face with the crotch over her nose so she breaths deep with ever tickled breath (optional wet spot)?. Not sure if Pharah's hair is long enough for this but an anal hook pulled tight holding her head back would be nice (maybe attached to a gag/rope gag instead?).
