Emmy C's First Session

Here is Emmy C's first full session! This was her first ever experience with trance, and even though she described herself as very, very stubborn, she turned out to be a fantastic subject! She was a little shy, but you can see right from the start she was connecting with my words and suggestions.

List of Suggestions:

• I start the session by relaxing her with a breathing exercise

• I guide her into trance for the first time (4 minutes)

• I deepen her trance (9 minutes)

• She becomes frozen in place like a statue when I say the trigger word FREEZE

• She instantly drops into trance when I say the trigger word DROP

• She's dropped several times while in trance (16 minutes)

• She's frozen for the first time (21 minutes)

• I guide her back into trance while she's frozen (21 minutes)

• She's dropped into trance (24 minutes)

• She sways back and forth in trance as I suggest she's on a hammock (25 minutes)

• She drops into a short trance whenever I say the trigger phrase SLEEP NOW (34 minutes)

• She struggles to wake and says "I want to be hypnotized" before I drop her into trance (36 minutes)

• I guide her back into deep trance using her trigger (37 minutes)

• She wakes from trance thinking she's a cat (40 minutes)

• She's snapped out of it and becomes a cat again (43 minutes)

• I snap her out of it and she's confused why she's on the floor with some rope in her hands (45 minutes)

• I guide her back into trance (46 minutes)

• She automatically says "I am deeply mesmerized" whenever I ask her how she feels (55 minutes)

• She can't remember her name and the number four (56 minutes)

• When I blow into the mic it feels like I've cast a sleepy spell on her (58 minutes)

• She repeats her "I am deeply mesmerized" trigger even while in trance (1 hour)

• She wakes from trance as a chicken (1 hour 4 minutes)

• She's snapped out of it and doesn't understand why she's on the floor (1 hour 8 minutes)

• She thinks she's a chicken again (1 hour 8 minutes)

• She tries to say she's deeply mesmerized as a chicken before I return her to trance (1 hour 9 minutes)

• The call briefly disconnects as I'm guiding her into trance and she stays a chicken until I snap her out of it (1 hour 11 minutes)

• I use the magic dust to entrance her (1 hour 12 minutes)

• I drop her into trance (1 hour 13 minutes)

• She repeats her deeply mesmerized trigger a few times in trance (1 hour 14 minutes)

• She becomes stuck in a trance loop, waving at her camera and saying she's deeply mesmerized before dropping into trance (1 hour 16 minutes)

• She becomes stuck in place when I say the trigger BODY FREEZE, but she remains aware. If I say TICKLE she feels tickled, when I say PLEASURE she feels a wave of pleasure (1 hour 21 minutes)

• I play with the body freeze trigger again, and when I count from 1 to 5 she feels a building and release of pleasure (1 hour 23 minutes)

• She experiences another release of pleasure (1 hour 27 minutes)

• She thinks she's a cat again (1 hour 29 minutes)

• She thinks she's a chicken again (1 hour 31 minutes)

• She's triggered to say she's deeply mesmerized as a chicken (1 hour 32 minutes)

• Her hand becomes a snake that wants to mesmerize her (1 hour 33 minutes)

• She entrances herself as a snake after trying to mesmerize the audience (1 hour 34 minutes)

• Her hand as a snake entrances her again (1 hour 35 minutes)

• We have a short chat to end the session (1 hour 41 minutes)
