Elizabeth's First Session

Here is Elizabeth's first full session, and she brought a friend! Elizabeth is one of the best subjects I've worked with over the years, as you'll see over the four or five sessions we did together, and this first session has to be the craziest I've ever recorded.

Her friend ended up falling into trance during the induction process and joins Elizabeth for most of the session. You can see they both kind of feed off each other's energy, creating one of the most chaotic but memorable sessions I've been a part of.

List of Suggestions:

• The session starts with Elizabeth already doing a breathing exercise

• She focuses on an (off-screen) candle as I guide her into trance (1 minute)

• She drops into trance instantly when I say the trigger word SLEEP

• She's dropped into trance (19 minutes)

• I suggest her hands are tied to balloons while she's in trance (27 minutes)

• Elizabeth's friend mentions she went into trance during the induction (33 minutes)

• She can't remember her name or the number four and neither can her friend (34 minutes)

• They both become frozen in place like a statue when I say the trigger word FREEZE

• Elizabeth is frozen for the first time (53 minutes)

• They both frozen in place and posed while frozen a few times (54 minutes)

• Elizabeth finds herself automatically saying she is deeply hypnotized anytime I ask her how she feels or how she's doing, though her friend soon finds herself agreeing with the statement (57 minutes)

• Elizabeth is frozen and posed a few times (58 minutes)

• Their mouths feel swollen and numb, and that feeling gets stronger each time I snap my fingers (1 hour 3 minutes)

• They don't believe their own mouth is swollen but notice their friends mouth is swollen (1 hour 6 minutes)

• Their mouths become very sensitive and pleasurable (1 hour 8 minutes)

• Elizabeth is dropped into trance while focused on my finger (1 hour 14 minutes)

• Elizabeth's mind instantly goes blank when I say the trigger word BLANK (1 hour 22 minutes)

• Elizabeth is frozen and posed again (1 hour 24 minutes)

• Elizabeth is instructed to remove her boots while blank, her friend ends up doing the same (1 hour 26 minutes)

• Elizbeth's friend joins her on the couch (1 hour 28 minutes)

• They drop into a short trance anytime I snap my fingers (1 hour 30 minutes)

• I pull back Elizabeth's eyelids and inspect her eyes while in trance (1 hour 33 minutes)

• They feel extremely sleepy whenever I snap my fingers (1 hour 36 minutes)

• They become mannequins when triggered and are posed while plastic a few times (1 hour 38 minutes)

• They both feel their IQ's drop each time I snap my fingers (1 hour 43 minutes)

• They return to trance (1 hour 46 minutes)

• Elizabeth is taken deeper while her friend is already in trance on top of her (1 hour 49 minutes)

• They both think they're cats (1 hour 57 minutes)

• They both think they're chickens (2 hours 2 minutes)

• They think they're cats again (2 hours 6 minutes)

• They think they're chickens again (2 hours 8 minutes)

• Elizabeth's hand has a mind of its own and it's supposed to hypnotize her and her friend but it ends up smacking her friend in the face and hits herself (2 hours 13 minutes)

• Elizabeth is hypnotized by her own hand (2 hours 17 minutes)

• I think her deeper into trance (2 hours 18 minutes)
