Amber's First Session

Here is Amber's first full session! This was her first ever experience with trance and as we quickly discovered she's a very unique subject. She not only drops incredibly deep into trance instantly, she also keeps her eyes partially open despite being so deep in trance, which is very rare.

Since she had such a unique reaction to trance, I stuck mostly to dropping her and exploring some freezing. She struggled to experience the more challenging suggestions fully, often experiencing them more as mental experiences, like becoming a cat and explaining to me how she feels like she belongs outside.

List of Suggestions:

Full induction focused on deep relaxation
She returns to trance anytime I say the trigger word SLEEP (17 minutes)
She becomes frozen in place like a statue whenever I say the trigger word FREEZE (28 minutes)
She returns to trance while focused on a candle (29 minutes)
She returns to trance while focused on a pocket watch (38 minutes)
She's dropped while shaking my hand (43 minutes)
She is frozen again (48 minutes)
She returns to trance while focused on a pocket watch again (53 minutes)
She is frozen and posed (1 hour)
She returns to trance while focused on the pull of her own finger (1 hour 3 minutes)
She drops into trance anytime I pass my hand over her eyes (1 hour 6 minutes)
She repeats her trigger a few times while in trance (1 hour 8 minutes)
I have her open her eyes while still and I have her repeat a mantra over and over (1 hour 9 minutes)
I have her begin to sway as if gently dancing while standing in a trance (1 hour 11 minutes)
I wake her from her trance and quickly drop her again (1 hour 13 minutes)
I suggest she becomes a chicken but it's more of a mental transformation and somewhat subtle (1 hour 14 minutes)
I do a brain removal and replace it with a cats brain (1 hour 16 minutes)
She's dropped with a handshake (1 hour 19 minutes)
She's dropped one last time to end our session (1 hour 22 minutes)
