What's Yours is Mine: Chapter 2 nominations/suggestions
Added 2023-01-21 16:02:57 +0000 UTCBy a razor-thin margin of only 2 votes over second place, 'What's Yours is Mine' has won the Promotion poll and will now occupy the third monthly slot on my schedule here for as long as it takes to complete. (I think there will be four more chapters at least, and perhaps it'll feel like it could use another one or two more as we go along. We'll see.)
Anyway, with the fic decided, now it's time to determine how the second chapter plays out. With the way this fic is set up, I think it's logical to focus on one of the Weasley wives 'settling the debt' per chapter until all four have had their turn as the focus. Saving Hermione for last feels like the right way to go, and Audrey is a less-defined character, so I'd like to start off this month with Angelina taking the stage.
You can suggest a specific scenario, acts, etc, or just keep things vague. I'm not sure if I'm just going to take every suggestion/nomination and throw them all into the poll verbatim, as I do with the general polls, or if I'll take inspiration from certain things and put poll options together based on that. This is all still a work in progress, so I'm hoping we'll all figure out what works best together.
Something else to ponder while we're considering options for the poll: does Angelina's scene pick up immediately after the first chapter, setting up for all of this to happen in a single night? Or do we spread things out more, leaving room for more varied scenarios?
