Game of Thrones (Jon Snow/Missandei:) An after costume party those two have drunken sex in the living room which leads Jon to impregnate his best friend.
Bleach (Ichigo/Halibel and her fraccion): After Yhwach is defeated, Ichigo finds and rescues Halibel from from the Quincy dungeon. Months later the arrancer ladies want to “thank him” with sex. The Witcher (Yennefer/Original male Characters): Yennefer needs an ingredient for her experiments and in exchange is willing to do anything.
