This was perfect for our exploration today. Flail Snails had been harassing the farmlands. The adventurers took it upon themselves to track down the lair. As they followed the dried snail paths, their path took them along a wash at the bottom of the gorge, which was acting as a funnel directing the snails towards the farmlands! The naturalistic appearance of the road on the map made it perfect for a wash as opposed to a manmade path, and the party was jumped by Assassin Bugs inside. They prevailed and reached the snail cave in the end.
