MF Sketchbook tiers removed

**Please manually move tier if you are on an old "+ MF Sketchbook" tier **
The MF Sketchbook tiers have been removed ahead of the June billing now that the MF Sketchbook series has finished.
As far as I understand this should mean patrons on the $7 and $10 (MF Sketchbook) tiers should be downgraded to the next available tier for June's billing.
