Silverspring Mine Adventure Collaboration (Battle Maps and much more) - Launch

Hello Adventurers! This is the latest map launch from me, part of a collaboration with some amazing creatives. I was asked to participate in this project a few weeks ago and got to create the mountain pass location, which contains a ruined watchtower, destroyed by some mysterious force! Thanks to Venatus Maps for inviting me to join this project, it turned out really well and I hope you and your players will enjoy running it.

With this map release you get the same content from me as normal, but you also get at no extra cost an adventure PDF, extra maps, Magical items, papercraft items, monsters, original music and illustrations by Lina Andersson (Silversvard). My next map release will likely be in just a few days, as both of these collaborations have similar release dates, that will be Dragons Call, a snowy cliff with an altar and platform to call the mightiest of scaly beast! You also get access to a bunch of other maps with this release (at no extra cost), all themed around ice and snow.

 Background

The Silverspring Mine is one of the premier, up-and-coming mining fronts looking to compete with the Thunderhead Mine in the rolling foothills west of Wooster. Striking quickly on a particularly rich vein of myrillium rendered even greater fruit when the miners discovered abundant strains of silver created as byproduct. Since then, aspiring laborers looking to establish themselves in the rapidly growing field of mining flocked to Silverspring hoping to get in early while the mine was still fresh. 

In the weeks following, many a Wooster local could recount stories of miners that had stumbled into town, feverish from a particularly fortunate day of myrillium hunting. The new coin in their pockets courtesy of the ore exchange often made them easy targets for the shadier denizens of Wooster or would otherwise cause quite a commotion at the saloon as round after round of drinks was bought and paid for. 

Recently however, not a single Silverspring miner has been spotted in town and after their absence stretched past a few days the Wooster mayor sent a courier up to check in with the site. The courier has still yet to return from the mine just a few miles into the mountains and the townspeople of Wooster have grown anxious. The success of the mine and commotion of its workers had encouraged the locals and the promise of the mine’s new revenue and appeal drawing in additional settlers is not lost on town officials seeking to learn what has befallen the miners.

This pack includes a complete 16 page adventure module PDF, 8 new creatures to battle, 5 original items with illustrations, 4 detailed battlemaps for each of the encounter areas, music to set the tone and papercraft props for extra immersion (and fun)!
