End of the month update!

Hello adventurers! Just wanted to let you know about a couple of things coming up!

Free collaboration project incoming!

First off we have an exciting free collaboration project launching at the start of June! (I believe the 2nd). It's a dungeon adventure module with a butt load of original content from a ton of people in the community, map makers, item creators, musicians, monster designers and writers! It's going to be awesome!

Maps for June

I’ll also be releasing the wilderness map that was delayed due to computer problems next week as well, that will be a cliff/chasm/rope-bridge themed map. After that I’ll be working on another two maps for the month, I have some ideas, but more map suggestions would be welcome!

The Taxman cometh!

Finally some not quite so fun news. Tax! Starting July 1st some of you will need to pay just a little extra per map as sales tax will be added for some countries and certain states in the US. You may already pay sales tax depending on where you live (UK and EU already pay), I believe the US rates will be between 4%-11%. These numbers will be similar for most other countries with a few exceptions, you’ll need to google the sales tax for your own country to be sure.

Well thats it for this update, thanks for all the wonderful support and messages, take care and as always happy adventuring!

Comments

Your probably right. I'll start the process, there are quite a few :P

Afternoon Maps

Maybe it's time to create list of all maps somewhere with links?

Dutchess

Oh thats a good idea, lots of people running Greek style campaigns soon I assume.

Afternoon Maps

Thanks, I'm getting down to work on it today.

Afternoon Maps

I like the idea, I do enjoy a good seascape.

Afternoon Maps

Jason, I haven't forgotten! Its in the doc :D

Afternoon Maps

Since WotC is dropping a new module for 5e, maybe something that could be used with that one? Greek setting!

Manuel Antonio

so excited to see there's a cliff/chasm rope-bridge map incoming! i was JUST planning to have an upcoming mountain section for the next chapter of the campaign i'm running, and thought a battle on a precarious rope bridge would be perfect, so this comes at a great time!

Me again - I am planning a campaign at the moment, and an important early venue is an ocean causeway that appears only at low tide. I anticipate a fight at its narrowest point. Might be cool, with rocks and waves and narrow path?

Hauteclere

My only suggestion is the same as the one I messged you, which is Asian inspired oriental themed maps. Looking forward to your collab! Keep up the good work.

Jason Brierley

Good idea, very unique map idea. Some kind of university building or boarding school maybe.

Afternoon Maps

I liked your Hacienda map so much that I wanted to support your patreon! I'm running a campaign that takes place at a school, so a school/university building map is my suggestion!

Chi

I love drawing water on my maps! And actually have a few Ships and Shipwrecks. Try searching for The Kraken's Garden, and also Moon Cove. I also have a rather large 'Man of War' style ship map :D

Afternoon Maps

I do like creating swamp maps! I have some Mangrove swamp maps which should help you out, and my very first map on here is actually a swamp map :D

Afternoon Maps

Hi Oliver thanks for the support! Hopefully the wilderness map coming this week will help you out mountain wise. A mountain peak would also be cool, I'll add the suggestion to my ideas doc :D

Afternoon Maps

I just heard about your work, and joined your Patreon - fantastic maps! Thank you. You asked for suggestions - I wonder if you might make some mountain maps, perhaps both snowy and not. I am thinking of a mountain peak, perhaps?

Hauteclere

Ooh the collaboration project sounds amazing, I look forward to it! Map suggestions - what about some swamp maps? I'm running a module with some key locations in a swamp which is partly corrupted, and maps for swamps seem to be few and far between!

Hey ! Thanks for the update. Have you ever consider to draw map of a ship or a shipwreck ? (I haven't yet catch up with all your work, so that might be irrelevant)
