Did anyone not receive their rewards this month?
Added 2021-04-21 05:52:47 +0000 UTCI just want to ask whether any of my patrons didn't receive their two rewards this month.
The combination of the revised Patreon creator's management tools and some late payments due to patrons' cards being declined at first attempt does some times mean some patrons are slipping through the cracks because the payments arrive after the rewards have already gone out (the rewards only going to paid pledge patrons).
So if you haven't received one or both of the April rewards that you were due then give me a shout in the comments or by message and I'll sort it out for you.
