Maps in January and your ideas! - Update

These are all great suggestions, I've wanted to make a museum for a while now, so thanks for suggesting one :D

others suggestions would be a temple, an abandoned old sanatorium, a noble manor (including the garden), a museum and a slaughterhouse used by a gang of criminals to hide their victim's bodies...

Hey man I dunno if u already did it because I didn't see all your work yet but i'd like to see a good city cemitery, maybe with a colapsed underground tunnel from where undead like Ghouls are surfacing and have to be contained.

Just to clarify~ I meant "Streets, Docks, Slums" etc as in; these locations within a desert, or, rather, arabian nights esque city. Not just generic city maps. Already huge amounts of that. c: Also, thanks for the great maps.

Ah good one! I'm going to be starting up my desert campaign again in a few months, a city in the desert will be very useful. Thanks Adahn, added to the list.

A city in the desert. Battlemaps. Streets, Docks (if the city is by the ocean), or Slums. Either way, I find that there's not that many battlemaps in desert-like environments.

Cheers for the suggestions Arthur! Elemental stuff can certainly be used for a number of different purposes. When I create some more elemental based maps I'll make sure to think about their flexibility. And I'm sure at some point I'll go back to some older maps and add snow variants, once I have a good style for it.

But things like a fiery forge: It can be used both as a dwarven forge, a fire giant forge or an elemental plane A watery aqueduct can be used as an ellaborate sewer system, an underwater temple or an yuanti temple Hanging bridges in the middle of a mountain pass could serve as a giant eagle's nest, an air elemental plane, just a mountain pass and so on Rocky is straight on so I would just skip that but for a shadowfell or feywild thing, probably a graveyard with ebony like assets it could be used as Hades home plan, the shadowfell, a necromancer lair, and so on. There are so many options and I think that a lot of the battlemaps touch things like roadside inns. Crossroads, and others so going a little off track actually may be an awesome way to showcase yourself
