I was always under the impression she wasn't in the picture at all and that Maya never knew her/Seb cut contact with her after Maya's birth.

Like not responding to her text about the trip. Idk, I felt like he believes Maya is the only good thing that came out of their relationship, but outside of that is only regrets.

Makes me wish for two things though—that the MC could hear Seb’s faith in them and that MC could quit (or try to lol). Seems like Seb still has a thing for Maya’s mom though. 😬
