The first few episodes of season 3 are known to be mid. But, If you were watching in the production order, which you should try to see if you can change to, the gold poop episode was actually the last of the mid episodes before season 3 found its stride, which feels fitting since people considered it the worst episode in Alien Force. Also yeah, there is a theory they made that episode to tell the network to "eat shit" like someone said, for forcing them to make the changes to the series. But for real, maybe if you could get some help to make sure you're going in production order would be really important, the other ones are a mess and show things out of order.
