They teased the new alien at the end on the omnitrix and I recommend y'all watch Ben 10: Alien Swarm, live action movie, it takes place in between season 2 & 3 of Alien Force and features a lot of stuff that gonna be in the cartoon.

You're going to hear a lot of people say things about season 3, but you should just wait to form your own opinions. People might spoil you accidentally, and they exaggerate a lot. I think this was intended to be a series finale since it was unknown how Alien Force would perform before it was made.
