2024-11-05 17:22:16 +0000 UTCAt this point, I didn't have any good ships. I was in my mid-40s the first time I watched this (it was my youngest son's choice to watch together during the pandemic). Even as a grown woman with 3 middle to high school kids, I was so drawn to Damon at first watch. I hated how much. And I couldn't find anything redeeming about Stefan. A self-righteous attitude is the most revolting trait to me. After my (too many to admit) rewatches, I appreciate Stefan a lot more. Damon is so very flawed, but I love how he owns his flaws and screw-ups.
