Not me not commenting my feelings when I've been waiting for this for months! Since it's been a week, I forgot most of what I wanted to say, so I'll say what I can remember. I, too, have a problem with cast change. It's why it took me ages before watching the second season of Doctor Who and why I haven't gotten past the second doctor (don't care if there is a perfectly good reason, it's still not the same). I got used to the new Capheus, but I never felt like he was Capheus. The original one was giving me the energy of calm rivers. It is calm on the surface, but a lot is happening under it. The new one gives me a puppy that sometimes can mask as calm. Took some time to get used to. As for the episode itself. I enjoyed it and your reactions to it. It is, however, not one I re-watch often because even though it is 2h, it is kinda slow. It really feels like it is a special, something to enjoy before ish hits the fan. I love moments where they enjoy each other's company (though I skip the sex scenes) and moments where they confide in each other, but I'm always more inclined to watch them investigate so I don't really re-watch this episode often. I'm pretty sure I had much more to say, but here is what I could remember. Really enjoyed your reactions. I can't wait for the next one!
