I know the baby is all for one but that still seemed like a little much for MHA. But if any character would be willing to blow up a baby to save the world it would be Bakugo. Deku would be like "let's take him home and raise him to be good!" I can imagine bakugo saying "Screw that! Let me blow him up!"

Firstly AFO giving Yoichi his name at that exact scene never happened, it’s a completely anime original dialogue Another thing, the anime seemed to omit the fact that Yoichi, Bruce, and Kudo were on the run for 2 MONTHS before AFO caught them. The way the anime didn’t specify that or clearly show the signs that Yoichi had been gone long enough to be wearing shoes now (in the manga scene, which isn’t shown in the anime) it makes it seem that Kudo and Yoichi somehow transferred OFA during like.. a day. And in the scene where Yoichi is talking head on, it’s supposed to be apparent that there are “2 versions” of Yoichi speaking, one from the past where he’s speaking to his brother directly, and the one where he’s on the run with Kudo speaking about his brother to them. He is wearing different clothes and has a mug to his side to signify this in the manga. During the compilation of AFO tracking down all the OFA users and killing them, it was not made more obvious that at one point AFO tried to steal it. U can see his hand be flinged back and he’s surprised, but that’s it. In the manga it’s more clear that it’s YOICHI stopping his brother from taking OFA, there’s even a panel where Yoichi is figuratively pushing AFO’s hand back There’s other tinier things but those were the big changes I felt the need to share because I feel it’s SO important, and I’m sad the anime didn’t adapt properly </3
