I don’t think bakago cares about anyone other than himself. He’s probably just concerned about having to find someone new to bully if Deku dies.

You need to draw a difference between heroes that are there to be heroes, and heroes that are there to because they "need" to save people. There's a huge difference between people willing to "risk" their life in the normal circumstance, and those willing to sacrifice their lives, without hesitation or regret, for the good of the cause. The difference, (and all due respect to all parties) between cops, and soldiers.
And fair being fair here, All Might created the current ideal of what it means to stand between the evil and the innocent...but he also would have made a terrible soldier.
All Might embodies self sacrifice, but he's a terrible team player, and he's incapable of "spending" pieces on a real life strategy board. (Be it shogi, chess, or go). All Might inspired, and literally created the current generation of selfless heroes, but Endeavor is the person willing to do what needs to be done at this point to win.
Endeavor is the first person that truly, repeatedly, meant to KILL Shigiraki(Mirko also knew/tried when he was in the tank), but Endeavor knowingly and deliberately tried to INCINERATE another person. Although I personally agree Shigiraki isn't human and needs to die at this point, poor bloke.

Small correction: Tartarus isn't the Greek Mythology underworld. It is the realm where dead monsters reside, beneath the Underworld. It's where Zeus and his siblings sent Kronos after they cut him up and overthrew the Titans. Basically Hell for Hellish monsters.

My favorite are the little kids who are Five Wees' fan club. The funniest part is that Shoto has NO sense of humor at all.
Also, Mineta seems kind of toned down on the misogyny since Pinky forced him to watch retraining videos, Clockwork Orange style.

My read on the Bakugo situation, since you were wondering about it in the reaction: I think it is kinda what you touched on, in that his insistence that Deku was nothing etc was just a lie he told himself to cover up the deep insecurity of feeling like Deku was always more of a hero in spirit than he ever could be. This seems to have turned into Bakugo convincing himself that Deku was actually mocking him and looking down on him by trying to become a hero/interact with him, so he ended up hating him and treating him horribly to hide from those feelings/retaliate for a slight that wasn't real. When they fought at the end of S3, Deku told him that he was never looking down on him and actually looked up to him this whole time, and from that point forward Bakugo has been slowly realizing and coming to terms with how badly he'd treated him. This all comes together in that talk with All Might, where it's clear he's been playing close attention to Deku's tendency to put everyone else first and seems to want to save Deku from doing that as a means of making up for the past bullying. So yes, I would say he genuinely cares and is worried about him. Just my two cents, loved the reactions and how much you analyze everything going on! This season is probably my favorite just for all the themes and payoffs we get. <3

I like that animation in the OP when Shiggy sheds his body and it turns into All For One, so cool (I can't remember if you caught that or not)

I love the Endeavor story arc or the Todoroki story line, there is so much to it, Endeavor as I have said before is def one of my favorite characters.

There's an interesting concept you touched on, and I don't know if it was intentional on their part but they make a good example of it in this show. But putting a group of people on a pedestal can be just as dehumanizing as putting a group down. They put so much on shoulders of children because they're "Heroes" not people.
