It makes sense that they don't get sick if they have superhuman strength it stands to reason they might have overly strong immune systems. Even Usopp in an earlier episode he's carrying a wooden crate into the ship on his shoulder and at that size it could be 400 pounds maybe. This just in, remember that blue-finned elephant tuna that Sanji won in Logue Town?, Usopp is seen carrying it by himself a few times and that thing weighs 825 pounds. Later Luffy eats it all, lol.

I like that Zoro actually shares how he feels about the giants’ duel. He usually keeps things to himself. Even after fighting 100 agents at Whisky Peak, he didn’t say much. So it’s rare and cool that Oda lets him react to Dorry and Brogy’s 100-year fight from the weapon perspective, especially since Zoro respects strong warriors as a swordsman. Btw, Yes!!! The giant goldfish is one of Ussop lies. XD

Mr 3 is the guy they just took out. This is Mr 2, the one who was sent to take Mr 3 down Also, Oda is terribly good at creating characters that are...I feel, intentionally cringy charicatures...? But then gets you attached to them. Eventually. As a French person, who's native language ends up used for aesthetics in fiction, my sympathies 😅

Baroque Works operates on total secrecy, all orders/instructions are relayed via written letters. As mentioned in the last arc, most employees have never once interacted with each other outside of their assigned partners, never mind the boss himself. Everything from voices to identities to appearances are all kept absolutely private. In this instance Mr. 0 states that they'll soon execute on their primary mission and promptly needs Mr. 3 on route to Alabasta, which is why this time he's opted for a single phone call rather than the usual written orders. All this to say they've never even heard each other speak before which is why Sanji was able to easily capitalize on the situation and fool Crocodile.

Vivi was saying that Alabasta is at least a week away, but this crew hasn't been at sea together for longer than 3 days (between Syrup Village and Baratie) so this leg, had it been a direct voyage to Alabasta, was surely going to test Sanji's (and Luffy's) rationing skills. But the situation has changed now that we're searching for a doctor. Luffy has this "sixth sense" of knowing what's wrong and how to help someone when they're distraught, but apparently since he's never been sick he's unable to compute how Nami's feeling and just takes her word for it when she says she's OK. Finally, just for kicks. The chopped up dinosaurs aren't a part of the manga, but Broggy's healed hands, despite being pierced by Mr. 3, are miraculously cured in both the manga and the anime. This was a continuity error that caught my attention when I was watching the anime for the first time and went back to the manga and checked.
