For someone who has so obviously seen so much of the bad side of life, he is kind and gentle with the young people. Dude probably wakes up with nightmares, but still spends his days dealing with rugrats of the rich and powerful. That dude is probably the best chance that most of these kids will actually have a positive, down to earth role model.

So they are not the bad guys, as suggested at the start. So only some people at the top can create such a dark path, while the rest of that country are actually looking forward for a better future. And yeah, I know is obvious in the real world, but a show can just show things in black and white, so it will be easier as a plot.

It was so nice to see Damian's friends care about him as a person, not just as the son of a powerful political figure. He really loosened up on that trip and gained some valuable life lessons. Kudos to Mr. Green.
