to the person with disturbing dreams: trust me, those dreams are way more common than u think. as someone with ocd i have had scary dreams related to my worst fears and the hardest thing to learn is that trying to make them stop or thinking about it too much will make them come back stronger. if you're struggling mentally that may make it worse because it stays in your head longer, whereas other people will wake up, say "oh that was weird" and forget about it. dreams are normal and have no basis in reality, it's just monkey brain. hope this helps fr
