If you need to go anywhere and the walking distance is under 45/30 mins (ik that sounds crazy but its not i swearrrr) and you’re not in a rush to get there, walk! And if those walking opportunities dont pop up, go on walks just to walk or find a friend to do so with you (maybe martin? Not sure). Easier said than done, i know! i’m literally in the same rut as you, if not worse (the binge eating, no excercise etc etc). The situations not gonna get better and nothing will change unless you change the habits that are causing it (at least thats what i keep telling myself lol)
