2024-03-16 07:32:10 +0000 UTCalso i understand on what you're saying about the different "levels" of commitment people have with religion, especially islam. i struggle with it a lot but i am always reminded of the verse "do for this life as if you live forever, do for the afterlife as if you die tomorrow" by Ali ibn Abi Talid where it basically says live your life here as fulfilling as u can but also balance religion as well. it's definitely a test trying to balance out the deen and the dunya but ultimately we're still so young and have so much to live for, it's okay to not be the "perfect muslim" (i am def not lol)

SO PUMPED FOR THE UPDATE!
