For the “how to not get burned out” segment- for me, I started writing a to-do list at night for the next day in November and it has really helped me. I used to set a goal and burn out in a week or try to push myself and get depressed and sometimes stress eat and make it worse. The feeling of accomplishment and motivation it gives me has not failed me. I also don’t have to stress about what I have to do during the day because I already have a customized plan from past me and I get to check a box when I do it. highly recommend.
