But I've gotta say, this guy's abilities were wasted on such a minor character. if someone really talented at taijutsu like kimimaro had this ability instead, he would be even more op. the web and metal armor and tools are more useful than bone. if he could use it long range like this, and in close combat (think of using his armor unconsciously like gaara), he would be s-tier. and he has 4 arms.
