Seth MacFarlane said in the commentary to this episode that instead of "so you do go all the way," the original line in that flashback scene with Tracy was going to be a deadpan "Was he bigger than me?" Which I think is darker and funnier 😂

Lois told Brian that she could have dropped him off, but Brian questioned her driving. She even dropped a f-word at him. He said, “Whoa! Language! I feel sorry for you kids. I’m on Brian’s side because he’s like a symbol of someone discovering they have a kid and wants to connect with them.”
