Oh, I recall this episode because if you watched the scene where Brian agrees to move in with Julian, the cut to black wasn’t the original scene. The original scene had an advertisement for The Simpsons, and we saw Marge Simpson, then Quagmire, and… he forced himself on her. They did it off-screen, and Marge actually liked it. The scene then cut to the Simpsons’ house, where Homer caught them, and… Quagmire killed the rest of the family in his panic. I actually saw this when it was on TV, and it caused controversy. As a result, the studio decided to stop the rivalry between the two shows. I like fun facts like this because when I rewatched the episode, they had removed the scene.
