The song you are hearing at the end of all of the episodes is called ( Love Like you ) and you can hear the full version at the end of episode of season 3 ending also the women singing is Rebecca Sugar the Creator of the show and she also Fun fact originally she came from the cast of Adventure time and did sing some songs there and work on that first before she created Steven Universe. Also season 4 is gonna be even more crazy and thought that season 3 was crazy originally but yeah and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND We WILL SEE YOU IN THE NEXT SEASON.

The creator was a big advocate of letting the storyboarders have their personal art styles in the show (to mixed results). The most obvious difference is that some storyboarders draw Steven with a gut and others don't.
